Grads - what you need to know |

|
So, what should you expect on the day of your session? First off, you can come in alone, bring a friend, or bring your parents, it's all fine. You are free to do whatever is comfortable for you. Some seniors feel more comfortable with their parents being back in the studio with them, and some feel more relaxed being alone. Whichever you choose is just fine with us. When you come in for your appointment, you do not have to worry about showing up early, unless you have a change of clothes that may take a while to get into, or if you will be doing your hair here at the studio. If either of these are the case, please check with us first, because many times we have senior sessions back to back, and may still be shooting. Otherwise, showing up just 5 minutes prior to your appointment time is adequate. Once we get you back into the studio, we'll ask you what your ideas are for your session. What do you expect from the session? Do you have any ideas of your own? What do you like? What are you not comfortable with? We have our own ideas and specialties, but we want to have your input too. These are your photos, after all, and we don't want to force you into anything, or it will show in the final photos. We will also look at the clothes you brought, to see what colors match up with the different areas of the studio. Then we will decide where to start! Feel free to bring your CDs in! We want you to be comfortable and have FUN while we're taking your picture! If Pink Floyd, My Chemical Romance, or Celine Dion (hey, someone out there likes her) helps you relax, then that's what we'll play for you. Being relaxed and having fun is key to having photos that look natural. Once the tunes are playing and you're dressed, we are ready to start shooting. It's completely painless, We promise! Just relax, have fun, and BE YOURSELF! |
